Sadly, there is no village pub nearby, but this can be easily overlooked by taking advantage of the numerous restaurants and pubs in the main area.

The facilities were excellent, including two lounges with plenty of seating, wifi, and Sky television. The kitchen was well-equipped, and the big dining table was perfect for meals. The location was great for exploring the beautiful surrounding areas, like Bamburgh Castle and Seahouses. Sarah went above and beyond with thoughtful touches, like wine and chocolate, making it a truly enjoyable stay.

Had an amazing Xmas break at this charming hotel! The warm welcome with wine and chocolates was a great start. The clean and well-provided room, complete with lovely bed linen and cozy pillows, made for a comfortable stay. The secluded outdoor seating area was perfect for enjoying some quiet time. The hotel's location, just a short drive from the town center, allowed for easy access to local attractions.

The bed was a bit firm for my liking, but the overall experience was fantastic. It would have been nice to have soap in the shower instead of using the hand wash from the sink.

It was the perfect spot for a relaxing holiday.
